Terms and Conditions for
Embroidery 

· Embroidered items are FINAL SALE and can’t be returned or exchanged. If an error has been made on your embroidered order, let us know by contacting us at support@dnascrubs.com.au and the customer service team will assist you.

· Orders WITH embroidered items will take up to 15-20 business days to ship. We recommend making separate orders if you require your non-embroidered products earlier than dispatch time. Please be advised that selecting express shipping will not expedite the embroidery processing times.

· Please ensure you have inputted the correct text for embroidery as the items cannot be returned/exchanged.

· The text embroidery will measure approximately 1cm height. If characters are too long, the letters could potentially shrink or condense in height.

· We do not accept returned/previously purchased items for embroidery. If you wish to receive an embroidered item, please proceed to make a new purchase.

· Embroidery is excluded from all marked down sales

· Images of the embroidery placement, text and images are a visual guide only. Your embroidered text, images and placement may differ slightly to the visual guide.

· You still have statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
